PERAN NEGOSIASI TERHADAP KONFLIK
Abstract
Konflik merupakan gejala sosial yang pastinya selalu hadir dalam kehidupan sosial, Dalam menangani permasalahan konflik, negoisasi sangat berperan penting disini, dikarenakan dengan bernegosiasi konflik yang terjadi bias terselesaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan atau studi literature. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Proses negosiasi dianggap selesai apabila diperoleh kesepakatan yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak.References
