Pengaruh Kegiatan Bermain Terhadap Perkembangan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini

Perkembangan sosial emosional merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan anak dalam bekerja sama, berbagi, mengendalikan emosi, menunjukkan empati, dan berinteraksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan bermain terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak taman kanak-kanak di Kota Depok dan Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 20 anak kelompok B usia 5–6 tahun pada masing-masing sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Peningkatan terlihat pada aspek kerja sama, berbagi, pengendalian emosi, empati, dan percaya diri anak setelah penerapan kegiatan bermain kelompok.Referensi
