Abstrak

Kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan strategi yang menentukan munculnya perubahan instiusi kea rah yang lebih baik. Oleh sebab itu, kepemimpinan harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya dari waktu ke waktu untuk memajukan dunia pendidikan nasional. Semua kepala sekolah menjadi factor signifikan yang memungkinkan visi, misi dan tujuan pendidikan menjadi terwujud dalam era globalisasiKata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Peningkatan, dan Mutu Pendidikan.
