KONFLIK DALAM ORGANISASI SEKOLAH

Salah satu dimensi konflik adalah konflik dalam organisasi. sekolah sebagai satu organisasi pendidikan, di dalamnya berlangsung interaksi antara warga sekolah. Kepala sekolah, staf, guru, pegawai, komite sekolah dan siswa melakukan relasi sosial dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Pengembangan kepribadian anak untuk mencapai kedewasaan menjadi fokus kegiatan sekolah. Munculnya perbedaan pandangan, kepentingan, tujuan, dan harapan-harapan dalam menciptakan sekolah efektif yang diinginkan menjadi poros konflik yang menjadi tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dalam pemecahannya agar sekolah menjadikan kualitas pendidikan diterima semua stakeholders pendidikan di setiap sekolah.
